About Us

In 2022, Marcos Pereira (Civil Tech. Eng.) founded 3M’s with the aim of carrying out small construction works in the area he enjoys most—finishes.

At the time, the goal was to meet the needs of clients who needed to refurbish their homes or open a commercial space, providing a highly personalised and customised service.
A year later, in 2023, as the business grew, Marcos Pereira invited his childhood friend Marco Gil Morais (Civil Eng. Tech.) to join as a partner.

From that moment on, they combined a more operational focus with a stronger management role, adding technical capacity to the company.

They changed the trade name to 3M’s Construções e Remodelações.
